SYMPTOMSThe Custom Installation Wizard (CIW) allows users to customize Outlook installations. During the installation of Outlook from a CIW custom package it is possible to import Schedule+ data into Outlook by specifying the following registry key entry in CIW option. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\Import If the Outlook installation is done multiple times, duplicate schedules are created because the Schedule+ data is not deleted from the server and is imported each time the CIW runs. RESOLUTIONA supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
