SYMPTOMSWhen new Outlook items such as mail messages, appointments, contacts, journal entries, and tasks are created, their sensitivity level is always set to Private. CAUSEThe default sensitivity level is set to Private. RESOLUTIONChange the default sensitivity level to Normal. To Override the Default Sensitivity Level for a Specific ItemMail MessagesOpen a new item and on the View menu, click Options.
