OL2000: Word Wrap Truncating when Viewing or Printing

SYMPTOMS

When printing or previewing a plain text message, Outlook 2000 does not wrap lines correctly. Some lines may break at what appears to be inappropriate places and some may contain only one or two words.

CAUSE

There are hard <CR><LF> characters inserted in the text; these are spaced evenly at every 64 characters.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
