More information about the Forms Administrator utility is available at the following Microsoft Web page: http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/2000/journ/OutToolsIntro.htmYou can download the Forms Administrator utility from the following Microsoft Web page: http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/2000/Appndx/toolbox.htm#outadminAlthough this utility can be used with all types of Outlook items, it provides the most important functionality when used with mail messages, because Outlook does not permit you to set a default form for a mail message folder. This means that incoming mail will always use the form that the original sender intended. Using this utility, you can use a custom mail message form instead of the default form. While this utility can be used with the Internet Mail Only version of Outlook and for personal use, it is primarily intended for use by large organizations. Documentation for the Outlook 2000 Forms Administrator is located in the folder the downloaded file was extracted to. The file is named FormsAdminReadme.rtf. REFERENCES
