The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSPlain text messages do not word wrap properly when you print the message, or view it in print preview. CAUSEThe WORDWRAP property of the converter responsible for processing the message doesn't match the line length of the received message, resulting in premature hard line breaks. RESOLUTIONPrint the message from Microsoft Notepad.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed
at the beginning of this article. MORE INFORMATIONWhen you receive a plain text message that contains hard line breaks between 64 and 80 characters, the converter wraps the text again at 64 characters when printing or displaying in print preview. This results in some lines with 64 characters and some lines with only a few characters. Additional query words: OL2K linebreak
