SYMPTOMSAfter upgrading from Outlook 97 to Outlook 2000, and then turning off Microsoft Schedule+ as your primary calendar, you are not able to add delegate permissions to your Outlook calendar. CAUSE
Choosing the option to Use Schedule+ as my primary calendar while running Outlook 97, sets a key in the Office 8.0 registry values called, UseSchedPlus. Among other things, this key keeps you from setting delegate permissions to your Outlook calendar. RESOLUTION
To Modify the UseSchedPlus KeyTo correct this problem, manually modify the UseSchedPlus key in the Office 8.0 registry values.
