OL98: How to Specify RTF for Specific E-mail Addresses

The information in this article applies to:
SUMMARY
You can selectively specify to send e-mail messages to contacts and persons
in your Personal Address Book in Rich Text Format (RTF). Those recipients
can then display your messages with character formatting, color, and so on.

To select the RTF sending option for Contacts, follow these steps:
- Click to select your Contacts folder in the Folder List.
- Double-click the card heading to open the contact in a card view.
- Double-click the e-mail address, or using the right mouse button,
click the e-mail address, and then click Properties.
- click to select the option, "Always send to this recipient in Microsoft
Exchange rich-text format."
- Click OK.
- Click Save and then Close.
To select the RTF sending option for Personal Address Book Recipients,
follow these steps:
- Click your Delivery Inbox on the Outlook Bar.
- Click the Address Book button on the toolbar.
- In the Address Book dialog box, under "Show Names from the," select
Personal Address Book.
- Double-click the e-mail address, or using the right mouse button,
click the e-mail address, and then click Properties.
- On the SMTP-Address Tab click to select the option, "Always send to
this recipient in Microsoft Exchange rich-text format".
- Click OK.
- Click Save and then Close.
