NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. Meeting requests sent from Microsoft Outlook using the MS Outlook
Support for Lotus cc:Mail transport may not have the Accept, Decline, and
Tentative buttons available. Instead, the recipient receives a plain e-mail
message.
CAUSEThe cc:Mail transport is set to send messages in text-only format. RESOLUTIONChange the cc:Mail transport to send messages in Rich Text Format (RTF). Change the MS Outlook Support for Lotus cc:Mail Transport to RTF
