SUMMARYThis article describes how you can use Microsoft Outlook to display your Contacts from the Outlook Address Book in a different format, such as "Last Name, First Name" (without the quotation marks). MORE INFORMATION
The Contacts list in your Outlook Address Book uses the Subject field when
displaying persons in the Address Book. Although you can change the way
individual contacts are displayed in the Address Book, you cannot change
the display name uniformly for all contacts at once.
Corporate Workgroup (CW) NotesOn the Tools menu, click Address Book to open your Address Book. In the "Show Names from the" list, click to select your Outlook Address Book Contacts. You should see the contact that you modified listed as Last Name, First Name.Internet Mail Only (IMO) NotesOn the Tools menu, click Address Book to open your Address Book. You should see the contact that you modified listed as Last Name, First Name.REFERENCES
