OL98: Text After First Comma Lost Exporting to Text File
ID: Q180808

The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMS
If you export Contact information to a tab, or comma-delimited text file,
some of your information may not export. Contact information that is not on
the General page of the Contact form may not export properly if you include
a comma in the field information. For example, typing names in the Contact
"Children" field and separating each name with a comma exports only the
first name. All names after the comma are lost when exporting.
RESOLUTION
If you enter multiple names in the "Children" field for example, use a
single space between each name in the field.
