SYMPTOMS
When you copy multiple items from a message formatted using Microsoft
Outlook 98 Rich Text format (RTF) and paste into a message formatted using
HTML, three rectangles, each containing an X, appear in the HTML message.
The same results occur when you drag multiple items from an RTF message to
an HTML message.
This message refers to one or more pictures which cannot be found. It will be sent without them.NOTE: This problem does not occur when going from an RTF message to another RTF message, or from an HTML message to an RTF message.
