NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate Workgroup installation. SUMMARYWhen using the Microsoft Fax service with Outlook 98, it is possible to address new mail messages to both e-mail addresses and fax telephone numbers. You can manually type a recipient's fax number or select it from an address book if the entry already exists. If you manually type a fax telephone number, you must use the following format [FAX:xxxxx]where xxxxx is the fax phone number of the recipient.
