SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Outlook 98, a manual Journal entry may not be logged to the Contact's Journal page. CAUSEYou started the entry from the Journal folder with a New Journal entry, and used the Address Book to retrieve the Contact's name for the Journal entry. RESOLUTIONTo log a manual Journal entry to a Contact, you must either initiate the manual entry from the open Contact record, or select the Contact's name from the Global or Personal Address Book.
