NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate Workgroup installation. SYMPTOMSE-mail messages that you mark as Private are not visible in the Inbox of a secondary mailbox, although the unread message counter for the Inbox indicates that you have new, unread mail. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, choose one of the following methods. Method 1Do not mark any messages that you need to send to a shared mailbox with the Private sensitivity.Method 2Create a separate profile that uses only the second mailbox.STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 98.
