NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate Workgroup installation. SYMPTOMSYou may get the following error message when attempting to send an e-mail message over the Internet from Outlook 98, using the cc:Mail transport service:
CAUSE
This error message can have two causes:

In the first case, the System Administrator must set up a cc:Mail
postoffice with an Internet gateway. This postoffice is used to route
messages to the Internet.
