To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Rename the files Inetcomm.dll and Outlmime.dll. Inetcomm.dll is

the Outlook installation path which by default is \Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office.
- On the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon, click Microsoft Outlook 98,
and then click Add/Remove.
- In Outlook 98 Active Setup, click Rerun Outlook 98 Setup. Proceed
through the Installation Wizard and choose the same installation type as
you did originally.
NOTE: When prompted to choose "Upgrade only newer items" or "Reinstall All
Components," click Reinstall All Components.
