SYMPTOMSWhen you attempt to import a Lotus Organizer 97 GS file into Microsoft Outlook 98 using the Import And Export Wizard, the only option available in the Files Of Type list is Lotus Organizer 97 (*.OR3). CAUSEOutlook does not have a converter for Lotus Organizer 97 GS, and therefore does not support the .OR4 file format. RESOLUTIONExport the data from Lotus Organizer using the dBase format, and import the dBase file into Outlook.
