SYMPTOMSYou export Microsoft Outlook items to a file, and not all items are exported. CAUSEThe Outlook import/export converter does not export items that use a custom form or have a non-standard message class field. RESOLUTIONYou can work around this problem by using the Omsgclas.doc utility to change the message class of all of the items to the standard message class and then export the items. First create a temporary folder and copy all of the items you wish to export to this folder. Use the Omsgclas.doc utility to change the message class of the items in the temporary folder and then use the import/export converter to export the items from the temporary folder.
