To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate Workgroup installation. SYMPTOMSWhen you attempt to update a task in Microsoft Outlook 98, you may receive the following error message:
CAUSEThe Microsoft Exchange Server Mailbox, or the Tasks folder on the server, is corrupted. RESOLUTIONChoose one of the following methods to correct this problem. Method 1
Method 2Quit Outlook and have your server administrator remove the mailbox on the server, and create a new mailbox.NOTE: Do not import any of the previous data into the new mailbox. Additional query words: 98 cannot
