SYMPTOMSWhen importing an ECCO 4.01 database into Microsoft Outlook 98, you may receive the following error: <Filename> represents the name of the file you are trying to import into Outlook. NOTE: The above error still occurs if you have ECCO open while importing. CAUSEYou are trying to import an ECCO 4.01 database file into Outlook. Currently the Outlook Import Wizard only supports importing ECCO versions 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0. RESOLUTIONSave the ECCO File in CSV FormatTo save the file in .CSV format, follow these steps:
