OL98: Meeting Request Calendar Button Opens New Calendar Window

SYMPTOMS

When you click the Calendar button on the toolbar in an open Microsoft Outlook 98 Meeting Request message, a new Calendar window displays instead of using the currently open Calendar window.

RESOLUTION

Close each unwanted Calendar window. There is no way to prevent this from occurring.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 98.
