SYMPTOMSWhen you attempt to move a mail message from one folder to another by first copying the message in the source folder and then selecting the destination folder, you find that the Paste command on the Edit menu is not available. CAUSESelecting the folder in the Folder List does not set focus for a Paste operation to that folder. RESOLUTIONTo copy a message from one folder to another, use either of these methods. MORE INFORMATIONThese procedures apply to Task, Calendar, Notes, and Contact items and although Journal items can be copied in the same manner, they are only usable on the computer where they were created.
