OL98: Some Contacts Skipped on Printout

SYMPTOMS

When printing contacts, Microsoft Outlook may intermittently skip some Contact records during printing.

CAUSE

Printing on perforated Franklin Quest Laser Printer forms with a Hewlett Packard (HP), OfficeJet Pro 1150C printer can cause this problem.

RESOLUTION

Use standard paper with no perforations for the printout and use a copy machine to place the text on the Franklin forms. The third-party products discussed here are manufactured by vendors independent of Microsoft; we make no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding these products' performance or reliability.
