SYMPTOMSUsing Microsoft Outlook 98, you may receive the following message when you attempt to open an e-mail message forwarded to you from another user, or one that is a reply to a message you sent previously:
CAUSEThis behavior has been reported to occur on computers running the iRiS AntiVirus software. RESOLUTIONDeactivate the iRiS Software Limited anti-virus program. MORE INFORMATION
In the reported incident, the problem message would still not open but
other messages of this type, received after the anti-virus software was
turned off, had no problem.
