NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Internet Mail Only option. To determine your installation type, on the Help menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Internet Mail Only" if you have the Internet Mail Only option installed. SYMPTOMSWhen you address an e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook 98, if you select an e-mail address that is not the default entry in the Address Book, the complete address is displayed rather than the display name. RESOLUTIONIf you need to have multiple e-mail addresses for the same person, create a separate contact for each address, using a unique name for each entry. For example, if a person has both a home account and a business account, type (Home) after the last name in one contact, and type (Office) after the last name in the second contact.
