SUMMARYThis article describes two ways to hide a form in a forms library so that it cannot be seen by other users in your organization. MORE INFORMATION
When hidden forms are published, they cannot be directly accessed by
someone. These forms are typically accessed by an action on a custom form.
Actions are used to launch another form, such as when a user clicks Reply
or Forward on a mail message form. Hidden forms are often used as "second-
level" forms when designing an Outlook forms solution. Making a form hidden
ensures that users cannot launch the form by itself.
Method 1When in Form Design mode, on the Properties page of the form click to select the option "Use form only for responses."Method 2Use the Manage Forms window.
