NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate Workgroup installation SYMPTOMSDuring installation of Microsoft Outlook 98 you may get the following error message: The error may occur more than once during Setup. CAUSEYou have reinstalled Service Pack 3 (SP-3) and during the install you chose to install an older version of Crypt32.dll. MORE INFORMATIONService Pack 3 for Windows NT 4.0 will install an older version of Crypt32.dll. During the installation of SP-3, you will be asked if you wish to overwrite the file with an older version. clicking Yes to accept this overwrites the file. To get the correct version of Crypt32.dll into the computer requires that you uninstall Microsoft Internet Explorer and then reinstall Outlook. Before proceeding, cancel Setup. Uninstall Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0
