CAUSEWhen you signed up for a digital ID from Verisign, you requested the Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic Provider v1.0 service. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 98. MORE INFORMATIONWARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that
may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot
guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor
