RESOLUTIONTo prevent Outlook from stripping the prefix from the Subject line, edit the message; remove the colon after the prefix, and then click Reply. Outlook may strip prefixes consisting of three or fewer characters followed
by a colon (such as RE:, FWD:, NET:, X:, and so on) from a reply if you
receive the message through the Internet Mail Only (IMO) installation of
Outlook. This may also happen if you receive the message through the
Internet E-mail service of a Corporate/Workgroup (CW) installation of
Outlook.
