When you address a message to multiple recipients, the mail is only
delivered to a small group of recipients. You receive Non-Delivery Reports
(NDRs) for the remaining recipients.
CAUSEThis behavior has been observed in scenarios where Novell intraNetware Client 32 is installed on the workstations. RESOLUTIONTo test this issue in your environment, remove the Novell intraNetware Client 32 and load the Microsoft Client for Netware. After the client software is reconfigured, start Outlook and test for mail functionality with multiple recipients.
