SYMPTOMSWhen you attempt to set up a meeting request using a resource account that has been migrated from Schedule+ to Outlook, as described in article Q181988, the following error message is displayed where <resouce account> is the name of the resource account. After clicking Yes, the meeting request for <resource account> is booked as expected. CAUSEThe MAPI property PR_SCHDINFO_RESOURCE_TYPE is set to 1 for a Schedule+ resource account. Even after migrating this account the property value remains intact which causes Outlook to treat this account as Schedule+ account, reporting an erroneous message. RESOLUTIONA supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems

This fix should only be applied to the computer where the resource account resides. Alternatively, a user with proper permisions can create a profile that points to the resource account and run the patch locally. Additional query words: 98
