SYMPTOMSIf you attempt to import a Schedule+ .sc2 file that originated on Microsoft Outlook for the Macintosh, into Outlook for Windows, you may see an indication that the import succeeded, or you may receive an error that the file type is not recognized. Either way, no information is imported. CAUSEYou exported a contact from Outlook for the Macintosh, Service Pack 2, using the Outlook Calendar Interchange format. You then imported the file to Outlook using the Schedule Plus Interchange (.sc2) format in the Import and Export Wizard. These two formats are not compatible. RESOLUTIONYou can work around this problem by exporting the data from Outlook for the Macintosh using the Comma Separated Value (CSV) file format, and then importing into Outlook using the same format. Make sure you use a file name in the 8.3 format with .csv for the extension. Additional query words: 98
