SYMPTOMSWhen you try to correct an e-mail name in the To field by adding a missing character to the end of the name, the trailing character is sometimes treated as a separate name. This action results in two incorrect e-mail names, neither of which Microsoft Outlook can resolve properly. CAUSERESOLUTIONTo append a character to the end of an incorrect e-mail name, highlight the entire name, and then type the correct name over the erroneous name.
