To copy folder design properties from one folder to another, you must have the Exchange Extensions Add-in installed.

To Install the Exchange Extensions Add-in

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.


  2. On the General tab, click Add-In Manager.


  3. Click Install. Click to select the Emsuix.ecf file, and click Open.


  4. Click OK and OK.


To Copy Design Properties from One Folder to Another

  1. In the Folder List view, click to select the destination folder.


  2. On the File menu, point to Folder, and then click Copy Folder Design.


  3. In the "Copy design from this folder" list, select the source folder.


  4. Under Copy Design Of, click the properties you want to copy.


  5. Click OK.
