This article describes how to find e-mail messages addressed or carbon
copied to a particular person.

To search specific folders for any e-mail message addressed or carbon
copied to a specific person, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click Find Items.
- In the Look For list, click Messages.
- Click Browse, select the folders you want to search, and then click OK.
- In the "Search for the word(s)" box, type the person's name as it
appears in the e-mail message.
- From the "In" list, click "frequently-used text fields" and click Find
Now.
The "frequently-used text fields" include the To, Cc, From, and Message
fields. To narrow your search to specific fields, use the Advanced tab
options in the Find dialog box.
