SYMPTOMSWhen you use the Insert Address feature in Microsoft Word 97 to insert an address from a Microsoft Outlook 97 contact, you may not get a full address inserted. CAUSEThe address information in the selected Contact has not been registered properly in the Contact folder and you are using an AddressLayout AutoText entry in Word to define the address format. RESOLUTIONTo force registration of the Contact, follow these steps:

Steps to Reproduce the ProblemTo reproduce this behavior, in Outlook, import a contact file from another program and in Word set up an AddressLayout AutoText entry.
