MORE INFORMATION
The display area of the screen limits the number of events that can be
viewed. The amount of information viewable in the display area is
determined by the Resolution setting in Control Panel.
NOTE: Some of the resolution values are not available on all monitors. The chart is for explanation purposes only.
If you change the screen resolution, these changes will affect all
programs. This may not be feasible for all users. These event counts are
based on Outlook being maximized (filling the entire screen) and the events
showing in approximately 50 percent of the vertical display area in the
daily calendar view. If less is shown, rest your mouse pointer over the
border of the calendar and when it changes to the expander icon (horizontal
bar with arrowheads), click and drag it to the right. This will cause the
screen to refresh and will now display as many events as is available for
the space.
