When printing a report from Outlook, you can add predefined fields to the
header and footer of your page. One of these fields is the user name; many
of the reports in Outlook include this field by default. Outlook looks at
the e-mail services in the current profile to determine what to use for the
user name. If a profile does not contain any e-mail services, the user name
field will be blank.
