SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Outlook 97, if you change the Time Zone to one in the Southern Hemisphere, such as "(GMT+10)Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney," the resulting time displayed is off by one hour. CAUSESouthern Hemisphere time zones do not properly adjust for daylight savings time. RESOLUTIONChoose another time zone in the Northern Hemisphere with the same GMT+ factor.
