SYMPTOMSWhen you start Microsoft Outlook 97 with a command-line switch to open in a folder other than the default, the Outlook Bar does not display. CAUSEWhen you use a command-line switch to open a specific folder within Outlook, the View Outlook Bar command defaults to off. Outlook does not provide a command-line switch to control the View Outlook Bar command.
