The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Outlook 97, if you add a new Contact with a company name beginning with the word "The" such as, The Computer company, the word, The will be moved to the end preceded by a comma when you tab out of the Company field (example, Computer Company, The). RESOLUTIONImmediately after adding the company name and tabbing out of the field, move back to the field and retype the company name. This time the word sequence will not change.
