SUMMARY
You cannot copy all the items in a Microsoft Outlook 97 Calendar folder by
right-clicking the folder, clicking Copy Calendar and then pasting in
another folder. This technique creates a new subfolder under the
destination folder.

To copy all the Calendar items to another folder, you must first display
all of the items in a tabular view. You can do this either by temporarily
clearing the filter from an exiting tabular view or by defining a new
permanent, tabular view.
