SYMPTOMSScheduled appointments originating from Microsoft Mail users may disappear from the Calendar of Microsoft Outlook 97 users. CAUSEWhen a user on Microsoft Mail sends a meeting request and then later changes that meeting request and resends it, both the original request and second request are sent with the same Appointment ID. Deleting either the original request or the changed request results in deleting them both. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft Outlook 97.
