SUMMARYIn Microsoft Outlook 97, you can create customized views to improve organization and productivity by using sorting and filtering. MORE INFORMATIONCreating custom views is a two step process. First, you define the sorting or filtering parameters; then, you define or set the view. This article uses a filter example; the process is similar for a sort criteria.
