The message header is the part of the mail message that includes the
Message and Option tabs, the Cc and Bcc address lines, and the Subject
line. In a normal mail message, the body of the message is visible and you
can type in it, even when the message header is turned off.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, turn on the Message Header option before creating the new Office document. This is a "toggle" option; you either turn it on or off depending on its current state. To turn on the Message Headers option so you can edit the Office document, follow these steps:
