SYMPTOMSWhen you start Outlook, you are prompted for your Microsoft Exchange Server user name, password, and domain information. When you quit Outlook and restart, you must retype these credentials. CAUSEA registry key that stores user information has been removed. RESOLUTIONReset the registry key in order to specify the profile.
