SUMMARY
Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 lets you use pictures for bullets, instead of characters from a font. This article describes how to add your own custom bullet pictures for use in PowerPoint.
NOTE: What distinguishes the bullets shown in Clip Gallery from other graphics are the keywords assigned to them.

To import one or more graphics to use as picture bullets:
- On the Format menu, click Bullets and Numbering.
- Click Picture.
- In the Picture Bullet dialog box, click Import Clips on the toolbar.
- In the Add clip to Clip Gallery dialog box, use the Look in arrow (if necessary) to locate the clip or clips that you want to import.
- Select the clip or clips that you want to import. You can select more than one clip by:
Clicking a single clip, and then holding down CTRL while clicking additional clips.

Holding down SHIFT while clicking the first and last of a series of clips.
- Under Clip import option, click the option that you want:
- Copy into Clip Gallery adds a copy of the clip to Clip Gallery and also keeps the clip in its original location.
- Move into Clip Gallery moves the clip into Clip Gallery and deletes the clip from its original location.
- Let Clip Gallery find this clip in its current folder or volume lets Clip Gallery use a clip from its original location. You can use this option for clips on a CD-ROM or other removable media, the hard disk of your computer, or a network.
- Click Import.
- Right-click the imported image, and click Clip Properties.
- In the Clip Properties dialog box, click the Keywords tab.
- Click New Keyword. Type the keyword web bullets and click OK.
- Repeat the previous step for each of the following keywords: buttons, bullets, icons.
