SYMPTOMSWhen you embed a slide from one presentation into another presentation as an object or OLE link, and then print the presentation, the embedded slide objects are not printed at the same quality as when printed from their original presentations. CAUSEThe OLE preview of an embedded or linked slide does not contain the data for that slide. The OLE preview only contains a low-resolution image. When a slide image is linked or embedded within another Microsoft PowerPoint presentation, it is meant to be activated (clicked) during a Slide Show to view the actual slide. PowerPoint OLE objects are not intended to be printed, they are only meant to be shown in a slide show.
