When you attempt to animate an ActiveX Control, the Action Settings and
Custom Animation commands are unavailable.

The controls available in the Control Toolbox are known as ActiveX
Controls. An example of an ActiveX Control is a Command Button. You must
write macro code to support the functionality of the control.
ActiveXdouble-click the selected text, and then double-click "Use ActiveX controls in a presentation" to go to the "Use ActiveX controls in a presentation" topic.
