SYMPTOMSWhen you attempt to add three-dimensional (3-D) effects to some AutoShape objects, such as the Smiley Face, the 3-D options are unavailable (grayed out). To locate the 3-D settings, select an object, and then click the 3-D button on the Drawing toolbar.
